This month’s business champion is a business that has been making children happy since the 1500’s.  Run by an overweight white male with long grey hair and a beard, who generally wears a red suit with white trim, this centuries old family-run business has built a brand that is known and loved all over the world. We have decided to honor this successful concern this month as December is the most hectic month for owner and CEO, Santa Claus  and while we are all heading off on holiday, the hard work really starts for him and his team of little workers.

If and when the contract is terminated, each party will, save to the extent that it is required to do otherwise by any applicable law, erase or cause to be erased, all PI and all copies of any part of the PI relating to the other party”.
