UBBS – A Proud Business Partner of QuickBooks

QuickBooks have acknowledged our valued customers since 2013 with the Business Champion articles. Now we would also like to recognize our successful Business Partners in this feature. This month, QuickBooks is congratulating our Business Partner, UBBS as the Business Champion for October 2017.

UBBS (Ursula Barnard Bookkeeping Services) was founded in 2004 by Ursula Barnard. She provided bookkeeping and accounting services to small and medium sized companies and organisations. This Johannesburg-based business quickly expanded to include product sales, consulting, training and associated services. An important ingredient in the UBBS’s success is the personal interaction and hands-on expertise they offer to their clients.

UBBS specialises in QuickBooks and Quick Payroll and they know the products very well and are able to assist with any query or problem. They have wide experience and their client base includes builders, producers, shop owners, retailers, consultants, schools, project managers, recruitment agencies, manufacturers, insurance brokers and many more.

When asked why she has partnered with QuickBooks, Ursula replied ”I started using QuickBooks in the early 90’s. I remember buying it on stiffy discs. I fell in love with the product back then and used it in all the companies I worked for. In 2005, I started my own bookkeeping and accounting practice and I started doing training and consulting for QuickBooks. My passion for the product has grown over the years. I only use QuickBooks in my practice and only take on clients that use QuickBooks. QuickBooks is the best accounting software. It is the best product for small businesses as it is user friendly and has the best reports”.
